Our zip line tour offers transport from Jaco to Herradura, a simple 15 minute drive away. Your journey will begin with a 10-minute drive uphill via a specially designed, heavy-duty passenger tractor. You will begin your descent, after a full training explanation, from the first of 15 different platforms. The tour includes 14 zip line cables that sum to a total distance of 3.5km! Not to mention the longest cable in the area, measuring at 2,400 feet! Free glide through the rainforest with complete peace of mind that you are in good hands.
This modern, outdoor adventure is run by accredited tour guides with more than 8 years of experience. Costa Rican Tour Safety Standards have been applied in the construction and operation of this tour and our bilingual guides are all certified zip line instructors with the Costa Rican Tourism Board (ICT). Our professional guides have the ability to implement an emergency brake system on all fast gliding cables, allowing them to have complete control at all times. Guests will receive a full explanation prior to the tour and guide reserve all rights to cancel the tour should there be any risk to the safety of guests, such as; lightening, extreme rains, wind, etc. Please be aware that guests with serious medical conditions, or with weight over 260lbs, will not be able to participate on this tour for the safety of both the guest and the guide.
